Our Approach

We like to meet with you and talk about your vision and ideas for your new home and want to understand what it is you would like to achieve, your lifestyle and your needs.

Following our initial client meeting, and once our team have finalised concept plans we are able to source pricing from our quantity surveyor, our trusted subcontractors and preferred materials suppliers.

We then outline a draft proposal to you. From this point (if our proposal has been accepted), we will establish a start date for your project, will contact subcontractors and our materials suppliers to confirm that your project is going ahead.

Once your project has commenced, we will have regular meetings on site with you – this can be weekly, or fortnightly and keep you updated via email and phone calls. You will be updated on a regular basis so that you are fully informed about what is happening on your site, with your new home.

As the project progresses you will see the transformation of what were initial ideas, to concept plans and finally to beautiful new home – ready to move into.
